SYSTEM ONLINE — WP-VAMS BUILD 2026.4

First airline with wp-vams
the amazing va admin system

“Il tuo pacco è nelle nostre mani”, born in Italy, delivered to the world. Five WordPress plugins that run a virtual airline the way a real one is run: a timetable that reacts to demand, ACARS reading the simulator, and a ledger where every flight leaves a movement.

One core. Four add-ons.

Install only what you need. Without the economy add-on the system does not invent prices — it shows none.

CORE

WP VAMS

Fleet, pilots, ranks, PIREPs, timetable, dispatch, scheduled maintenance and composable dashboards. A working airline on its own.

ADD-ON

MilACARS

The client reads the simulator, the site reads the flight: position, fuel, landing rate, events. Grading rules travel to the client, so the pilot sees the score while there is still time to fix it.

ADD-ON

Finance & Economy

A real company ledger, loans on a French amortisation schedule, an aircraft market, airport fees, maintenance costs and pilot payslips.

ADD-ON

LiveTable

An airport departures and arrivals board on your home page, split-flap animation included, filtered by station and refreshed live.

ADD-ON

Transfer / Jumpseat

Two dead ends, two ways out: a jumpseat for the pilot stranded away from base, a ferry flight for the aircraft that is somewhere else.

INCLUDED

IVAO & VATSIM

Fly online without ACARS and the network feeds log the flight anyway — same table, same live map, same 3D view.

// FLIGHT LIFECYCLE

One flight, six moments, no parallel worlds.

The booking, the OFP, the telemetry, the PIREP and the ledger movement are the same object seen at six different times. Even a free flight the pilot writes for himself comes in through this door.

01

Timetable

Every route carries a demand that saturates the more it is flown. The load on board is decided at booking time: month, hour, weekday, market, pilot reputation.

02

Dispatch

Booking creates a commitment: pilot, route, aircraft, load and a deadline. The rules check rank, type rating and where the pilot actually is.

03

SimBrief OFP

SimBrief builds the plan with the real weights of that booking. The OFP comes back and stays attached to the flight.

04

Airborne

ACARS transmits every 20 seconds. The booking moves to confirmed and then to flying on its own — there is no “I have departed” button to forget.

05

PIREP & score

Chocks on: log, events and weights arrive. The rulebook turns them into a grade from A+ to F, with every single deduction spelled out.

06

Settlement

On approval: revenue, fees, fuel, payslip, maintenance hours. One row on the ledger, and the balance moves.

MILACARS DEDUCTION MODEL

You start at 100. Everything that goes wrong costs you.

Points are taken away, never handed out — so every line of the report says exactly what it cost. The rulebook is downloaded by the client, which means the score is computed in the cockpit while the flight is still happening: knowing you are descending too fast when you can still fix it is the difference between a grade and a lesson. The official number still belongs to the server.

−180 fpm for a flawless touchdown
20 s between transmissions
×1.10 revenue on an A+ flight
ACARS vs network feeds — the claim rule on the ground, ACARS starts → claim granted, feeds step aside already in cruise → claim refused, the feed keeps it transmission stops → claim lapses, feeds resume

// ECONOMY ENGINE

The grade goes into the formula, not on a wall.

The estimate shows in the timetable before departure, the settlement is computed when the PIREP is approved. In between sits everything that actually happened.

// flight settlement gross = base_revenue × demand × flight_type × score costs = airport_fees + fuel + crew net = gross − costs pay = hours × rate | net × share % Load factor is deterministic: same pilot, same route, same day, same load. Reloading the page until the aircraft fills up does not work.
Airport tier Landing Handling
Intercontinental hub 4,500 2,800
Major airport 2,200 1,400
Medium airport 900 550
Regional airport 280 160

Operating at Heathrow cannot cost what it costs at Perugia. Tiers are assigned by ICAO and edited from the back end.

A+ ×1.10 Perfect · 95
A ×1.05 Excellent · 88
B ×1.00 Sound · 75
C ×0.85 Sloppy · 60
D ×0.50 Poor · 40
F ×0.25 Unacceptable · 0

// TREASURY

The balance is the sum of the movements. Nothing else.

Not a column somebody keeps up to date — that one can drift, and then you no longer know which to trust. Every row is signed from the company’s point of view: positive in, negative out.

Loans that behave like loans

French amortisation, constant instalment: interest first, principal later. The rate is discounted or loaded against how leveraged the company already is — a company drowning in debt pays more, until credit stops. You cannot borrow your way out of every hole.

An aircraft market

Buy, lease or sell. Prices are scaled to the game’s economy, not to Boeing’s price list: the point is that buying a widebody is a decision, not that the number looks real. A fleet that appears out of nowhere is a spreadsheet, not an asset.

Two result lines, not one

Operating result excludes loan draws and repayments — they are cash, not profit. Interest stays in, because that is a real cost. Cash movement includes everything. Together they tell the difference between earning and having the money.

A payslip with four lines

Block hours reward long sectors, sector pay rewards short ones, per diem is a floor you get even on a loss-making flight, profit share is the captain’s contract. Four lines, four different incentives — and a monthly guaranteed minimum on top.

Every part of this suite came out of a real problem of ours: a pilot stranded in Ibiza, a profit that dropped for no reason, a check that never came due. Fly with us — or run the system on your own airline.
